The rules we play by

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of wyreOS ("we", "us", "our"), including the website, mobile and web apps, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or using wyreOS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service. If you are using wyreOS on behalf of a family or household, you accept these Terms on their behalf as well.

wyreOS is a personal life administration OS that helps you store, organise and track documents, renewals and deadlines for you and your family.

The Service includes document upload and storage, AI-assisted field extraction, reminders and deadlines, task checklists, a document timeline, an AI assistant, and family sharing features.

We are continually improving wyreOS. Features, plans and pricing may change over time, and we may add or remove functionality as the product evolves.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a wyreOS account.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. If you sign in with Google, you are also responsible for protecting that access.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

You can close your account at any time. On closure, your documents and personal data are permanently deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree to use wyreOS only for lawful purposes and for managing documents and information that you have the right to store.

You will not upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you do not have permission to share.

You will not attempt to access another user's data, bypass security controls, reverse engineer the Service, or interfere with its operation.

You will not use wyreOS to store information belonging to others without their consent, or to engage in fraud, harassment or any unlawful activity.

You retain ownership of the documents and information you upload to wyreOS. wyreOS does not claim ownership of your content.

You grant wyreOS a limited licence to access, process and store your content solely to provide the Service to you — for example, to extract fields, set reminders and answer questions through the assistant.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and store the documents you add, and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party right.

wyreOS uses AI models to read documents, extract fields (such as numbers and dates) and power the assistant's answers.

AI output may not always be perfectly accurate. You are responsible for reviewing extracted fields and assistant answers before relying on them, especially for legal, financial or regulatory matters.

wyreOS is not a substitute for professional advice. For tax filings, insurance claims, legal documents or government submissions, verify everything with the relevant authority or professional.

We may refine how AI features work over time, including which fields are extracted and how the assistant responds.

wyreOS offers a free plan with a limited number of documents and paid plans with higher limits and additional features.

When you upgrade to a paid plan, billing is handled by our payment gateway. You authorise recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel or your plan expires.

Plan limits (document count, storage and features) reflect the plan you are subscribed to. If you exceed a limit, you may be prompted to upgrade.

Prices and plan details are shown on our Pricing page and may change. Any change will apply to future billing cycles, not the current one you have already paid for.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the app. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review your case. Refunds are handled at our discretion in line with applicable law and our payment gateway's policies.

We work to keep wyreOS available and reliable, but the Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates or factors outside our control.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Critical deadlines are your responsibility — please set reminders early and keep original copies of important documents.

We may suspend or restrict access for security, legal or operational reasons, and will try to notify you where possible.

wyreOS may connect to third-party services such as DigiLocker, insurers, tax services and identity providers. Each integration is governed by its own terms and policies in addition to these Terms.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or behaviour of third-party services. Your use of any integration is at your own risk and subject to that provider's terms.

wyreOS, including its design, branding, software and features, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from wyreOS without our permission, except as needed to use the Service.

Your documents remain your property and are not licensed to us beyond what is needed to provide the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, wyreOS is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, missed deadlines or regulatory penalties arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Because wyreOS helps manage important paperwork, you remain responsible for verifying deadlines, document validity and submissions with the relevant authorities.

You can stop using wyreOS and close your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if we are required to by law. On termination, your documents and personal data are deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page.

If we make a significant change, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of wyreOS after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India, unless required otherwise by local consumer law.
