wyreOS ("we", "us", "our") is a personal life administration OS that helps you and your family store, organise and track documents, renewals and deadlines in a single intelligent vault.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we store it, and the choices you have. By using wyreOS, you agree to the practices described here.

Account information — your name and email address when you create an account or sign in with Google.

Documents you upload — identity cards, insurance policies, tax filings, vehicle papers, property agreements, certificates and other personal paperwork, along with the file itself and the fields our AI extracts (titles, numbers, dates, issuers).

Family members — names, relationships and dates of birth you add to organise documents by person.

Reminders and tasks — titles, due dates and notes you create, or that wyreOS creates automatically from document expiry dates.

Usage data — basic, anonymous analytics such as pages visited and features used, to help us improve the product. We do not sell this data.

To provide the service — storing your documents, extracting fields with AI, setting reminders and answering questions through the assistant.

To keep you informed — sending renewal reminders and important account notifications.

To improve wyreOS — understanding which features work well and where we can do better.

We never sell your documents or personal data to any third party.

Your documents are stored in a private, encrypted storage bucket tied to your account. Only you and the people you invite can access them.

Database records (fields, dates, reminders) are protected by row-level security, so each user can only read and write their own data.

All traffic between your device and wyreOS is encrypted using TLS.

We use a trusted cloud database provider to host your data with industry-standard encryption at rest.

While we work hard to protect your information, no system is perfectly secure. We recommend you use a strong, unique password and enable Google sign-in for added security.

When you upload a document, wyreOS sends the file to an AI model to read the text and layout, identify the document type and extract fields such as numbers and dates.

The model is instructed to return only what it can see on the document — it will not invent values. Missing fields are left blank with a lower confidence score so you know what to verify.

When you ask the assistant a question, it reads only your own vault data (documents, members, deadlines and tasks) to answer. It does not share your data with other users.

File contents sent to the AI are processed to generate your extraction or answer and are not retained by the AI provider beyond what is necessary.

You can add family members and assign documents to them so your household stays organised in one place.

Family members you add are part of your account. Only you and the people you invite can see the documents assigned to them.

Removing a family member unassigns their documents but does not delete the documents themselves — you can reassign or delete them as you choose.

When you upgrade to a paid plan, payment is processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay). wyreOS does not store your full card number, CVV or netbanking credentials — the gateway handles these directly.

We store a record of your subscription (plan, status and renewal date) so we can keep your account active. Transaction details are held by the payment gateway.

wyreOS relies on a small number of trusted providers: a cloud database for storage, an AI gateway for document extraction and the assistant, and a payment gateway for billing.

Each provider processes your data only to deliver the service we use them for, under their own privacy and security standards. We do not share your documents for advertising or any unrelated purpose.

You can edit or delete any document, family member, reminder or task at any time.

Deleting a document removes its file, extracted fields and associated reminders.

You can export your information or request a copy by contacting us.

You can close your account at any time. On closure, your documents and personal data are permanently deleted.

We keep your documents and data for as long as your account is active. When you delete a document or close your account, the related files and records are removed from our systems.

Anonymous usage analytics may be retained in aggregate form to help us improve the product, but they cannot be traced back to you.

wyreOS is designed for individuals and families to manage their own paperwork. It is not intended for use by children under 18 acting on their own.

You may add your children as family members to organise their documents (such as school certificates or health records), but the account must be held and managed by an adult.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page.

If we make a significant change, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
